With the continuous expansion of the use of foam ceramics, its application fields are also gradually expanded, from filtration, thermal engineering and other fields gradually expanded to heat insulation, sound absorption, electronics, optoelectronics, sensing, environmental biology and chemistry.
Foam ceramic filter plate product advantages:
1. Using the principle of adsorption filtration, it can effectively remove large inclusions in liquid aluminum, and effectively adsorb small inclusions of micron size, and the same mesh specifications have high filtration accuracy;
2. Do not drop slag, effectively reduce the pollution of liquid aluminum;
3. Good thermal shock resistance, improved corrosion resistance to molten metal;
4. Automatic production line, three calibration procedures, accurate size, more compatible with the filter box;
5. Improve surface quality, improve product performance and improve microstructure.
Foam ceramic filter plate instructions:
1. Check and clean the debris on the surface of the filter box to keep the filter box clean and undamaged.
2. Gently put the filter plate into the filter box, and press the sealing liner around the filter plate with your hand to prevent the aluminum liquid from flowing or floating.
3. Evenly preheat the filter box and filter plate, so that it is close to the temperature of liquid aluminum, and the preheating temperature of the filter plate is not less than 260ºC. Preheating to remove adsorbed water helps to instantly open the initial filter aperture and prevent heat expansion and contraction from causing partial hole blockage to the filter plate. Preheating can be electric or gas heating, normal heating 15-30 minutes.
4. Pay attention to the change of aluminum hydraulic head when casting, maintain the normal demand of liquid aluminum flow control, the normal starting pressure head is 100-150mm. When the liquid aluminum begins to pass through, the indenter will drop below 75-100mm, and then the indenter will slowly increase.
5. During the normal filtration process, avoid knocking or vibrating the filter plate. At the same time, the flow trough should be filled with aluminum water to avoid the disturbance of too large and too small aluminum liquid.
6. After the filtration is complete, remove the filter plate and clean the filter box.
